Empowering Board Leaders with Knowledge

We envision boardrooms guided by directors who bring clarity, confidence, and expertise to cybersecurity and data privacy governance.

Through the Board of Directors Cybersecurity Governance Program, we empower boards with the skills, language, and knowledge needed to govern cybersecurity, data privacy, and AI risk effectively, enabling them to fulfill fiduciary duties, ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and provide informed oversight.

Our vision for boards is: stronger governance, better decisions, and board leaders who step into the room prepared.

Built by Cybersecurity Practitioners for the Boardroom

We saw a critical gap in the boardroom—and built Clarus Learn to address it.

Cybersecurity, AI, and data privacy are no longer just technology issues—they are board-level governance responsibilities. Yet many directors have never received practical education designed for their role.

We created Clarus Learn to close that gap, translating complex digital risk into clear, practical guidance that helps directors ask better questions, challenge management constructively, and provide more informed oversight.

Built on Real-World Cybersecurity Experience

Clarus Learn is backed by the practitioners of Clarus Tech Partners, who work directly with organizations world-wide on cybersecurity, data privacy compliance, risk management, testing, and incident readiness.

We don’t just teach cybersecurity governance. We work in it.
