A serial entrepreneur and trusted advisor, Dan has also taught at the college level, authored curriculum, and led a training firm — guiding hundreds of small businesses toward sustainable growth. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of California and blends academic insight with practical execution to deliver measurable impact.

Jamie Payne is the eLearning Program Coordinator at Clarus Tech Partners, where she supports the delivery of executive and board-level training programs. She manages learner communications from onboarding through completion, ensuring participants receive clear guidance, timely reminders, and ongoing support throughout their learning experience. Jamie also tracks learner progress and collaborates with leadership to help maintain and update eLearning content and platforms.
